HOMEOPATHY - Homeopathy is based on the principle that 'like cures like' - in other words, a substance taken in small amounts will cure the same symptoms it causes if it was taken in large amounts. It is a safe, gentle therapy suitable for adults, babies and children.

METAMORPHIC TECHNIQUE – is a gentle safe therapy, suitable for a wide age range.  The client experiences a light touch along the spinal reflex points on feet, hands and head, it may be given either seated or lying down - whichever you find most comfortable.

REIKI TREATMENTS AND ATUNEMENTS

Reiki has been described as a universal healing energy. It involves gentle touch in order to harmonise the body to help itself heal. Our Master Practitioner can also arrange Reiki Attunements, 1-2-1 or in small groups.

CRANIO-SACRAL THERAPY - is a gentle, yet powerful therapy.  The therapist first assesses the tension in the whole body before applying light touch particularly to the head, back and pelvis. It works with the bones, connective tissue, central nervous system and emotional centres.   This release of tension can leave the client feeling more grounded and balanced.
