Meditation Courses
Tuesday Evenings - at 6.45pm and 8pm
£7 per session
Combat stress, learn how to relax, and develop good habits of positive thinking with this six week course. Our course this time will take a focus on 'Loving-Kindness' meditation. The practice helps us to actively cultivate emotional states towards ourselves and others so that we become more patient, kind, accepting and compassionate. Not always easy if we don't particularly like, never mind love ourselves? Loving-Kindness meditation is an effective form of meditation to transform resentment, anger and frustration. Perfect for either beginners or those looking to deepen their meditation practice.
Karuna Priya (aka Assaji), will be our Guide through the sessions. He is an experienced practitioner, and trained in meditation from the age of 8. There will be opportunity for questions and sharing at the end of the session.

Reiki Level 2 - One day Course
Sunday 10th June, 10am to 6.30pm Cost: £170 (£50 deposit).
If you have already completed a Reiki Level 1 course, Reiki Level 2 will help considerably increase the power of the Reiki you are already using. Be prepared for yet more transformational and healing life shifts. You will learn Reiki Symbols and receive a further attunement to be able to use the learnt symbols for more complete treatments and to send distant healings. During the course, students will have the opportunity to practice what they have learnt.
